I need to return the products. What should I do?

Sure, no problem. Please send us a pic of the products, whether they were used or not, to help@turmericessence.com with the subject line ‘Return.’ From there, our team will assist you with the return and work on providing you with the appropriate refund. Thanks for trying our products.


I ordered, but I need to cancel the order. What should I do?

Sure, we could cancel your order at no charge within 48 hours from the time you placed the order. 

If the order has shipped, we'll provide a return label and we will charge a $25 administration fee to cover the shipping costs.


I haven’t seen my refund yet. Please help?

If your reimbursement is unexpectedly delayed, please contact your bank and credit card provider directly, since processing windows can vary. If this fails to resolve matters and your refund remains outstanding, alert us promptly at help@turmericessence.com with the subject line ‘Refund.’ We’ll help you get this solved right away.


I’m on the subscription program. How do I cancel it?

No problem. You can cancel your subscription anytime by just logging into your account and either cancel it. 

We’re really grateful for being a subscription member and hoped you enjoyed your products.


For returns, where do I ship back the products?

Once we’ve approved your return, we’ll share the address of a warehouse that is nearest to you.
