Delivery & Shipping Policy
What happens once I place an order?
You'll receive an Order Confirmation email. This means your order has been received and we will begin processing your order.
Within 2 business days, we will package your order for shipping through USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
You will then receive a Shipping Confirmation email when your order has been picked up by the shipping company. This same email will come with a tracking number where you'll be able to monitor your order.
How soon can I expect my order to arrive?
If you choose the 'Free Shipping' option, normally you'll see your order arrive within 4-7 business days.
If you choose the 'Expedited Shipping' option, do expect your order to arrive within 1-2 business days.
*Please note that holidays, weather and other factors could cause some delays in shipping times but you'll be able to track your shipment and monitor it accordingly.
My shipment box is damaged, what should I do?
Simply inspect the entire packaging and see if the products inside weren't damaged. The shipment box acts as a protector and the products inside should still be protected.
However, if the products were damaged, please send us a photo to help@turmericessence.com with the subject line 'Damage.' From there, we'll issue a replacement right away.
I ordered, but I need to cancel the order. What should I do?
Sure, we could cancel your order at no charge within 48 hours from the time you placed the order.
If the order has shipped, we'll provide a return label and we will charge a $25 administration fee to cover the shipping costs.
I saw that you offer Free Shipping. Is it only for the US and what states does that include?
Yes, we do offer free shipping and this is only available to the 48 contiguous states, meaning all US states except for Hawaii and Alaska. Other exclusions are the five US territories: American Samoa, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
Can you ship to a PO Box?
Unfortunately, we cannot ship to a PO Box address.
Do you offer shipping to other countries other than the US?
Not today, we only ship within the US. We are considering expanding to other countries in the near future.
I received my order today, but it’s for the wrong bundle. What should I do?
We apologize for the incorrect order. Go ahead and send a pic of the order to help@turmericessence.com with the subject line ‘Wrong Order.’ From there, we’ll work to get you the correct product(s) you ordered.
