I heard Turmeric stains, is that true?

Yes, it does stain. However, Turmeric Essence products are made to only have minimal light stains that easily wash off. Don’t worry, turmeric is safe.

Are there any side effects to using turmeric products like yours?

Unless you’re allergic to turmeric, which is extremely rare, there are no side effects. You’ll get a bit of the turmeric stain from the mask, however, this easily washes off with products.

Try a little bit on your forearm and see if there’s any sort of allergic reaction.

Are your products tested on animals?

Absolutely not. We love animals and in fact, one of our Founders is vegan, so we’ll never test on animals, ever.

How do I use Turmeric Essence products and how often?

It’s super easy to use our products and you’ll only need a few minutes a day to see results.

1. Cleansing - Start with the “TE Cleanser” and wash it off with warm water. Then apply the “TE Clay Mask” and allow it to work for 10 minutes before washing it off with warm water. Pat dry with a soft towel.
2. Toner - Next, apply the “TE Toner” and allow it to dry naturally on your face.
3. Serum & Oil - Then, apply both the “TE Oil” and “TE Serum.”
4. Moisturize - Finally, apply the “TE Face Cream” and now your face will be hydrated.

I ordered, but I need to cancel the order. What should I do?

Sure, we could cancel your order at no charge within 48 hours from the time you placed the order. 

If the order has shipped, we'll provide a return label and we will charge a $25 administration fee to cover the shipping costs.
